I love Mediterranean-inspired meals because they are very approachable, flexible, full of natural flavor and a great way to get your servings of vegetables.

 

Salt, pepper, and olive oil are the staples, enhanced by vibrant herbs, fresh produce, lean proteins, and balanced grains. With each recipe, I aim to bring you healthy and unrestrictive meal options that adapt to many dietary needs.
